Quiz Genius is an AI-powered educational application that helps users create study materials including flashcards, quizzes, exams, and smart notes from their uploaded content. The App uses artificial intelligence to process and transform educational materials into interactive study tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use the content, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI based on your materials is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Quiz Genius and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription managed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZ GENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiz Genius and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quiz Genius operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
